High School Boys Division - Day 2 Report - June 30th

dot

It was a strange day down at the Boys U19 tournament as the Shootout saw one its most lopsided scores in history when Team Ohio defeated Team Indiana 30-0. Indiana simply could not match up with the perennial tournament contenders and fell hard. The other surprise was the Colorado Favorites team taking down the Delaware Eagles 12-7 and moving to the Division I semifinals as well. Many of the staff thought that the Eagles looked especially strong this year, so this is definitely an upset. The Baltimore Crabs and Team Colorado moved through as well by a combined score of 31-3 over Team Utah and Triad Lacrosse Club respectively. Tomorrow’s semifinals will feature two teams from Colorado for the first time in recent memory as Team Colorado takes on the Crabs at 1:00 pm, directly after the Favorites battle Team Ohio on the other side of the bracket at 11:00 am.

Division I Quarterfinals:
Team Colorado 17, Triad Lacrosse Club 1
Team Ohio 30, Team Indiana 0
