M&D 9, Heros 3
These two Maryland based team never gave an inch in this tough and
gritty Gold Division Final. M&D (short for Maryland & Delaware)
did a great job of gaining draw control in the first half and took
advantage of every opportunity they had opening up a three goal halftime
lead. In the second half M&D continued their dominance across
the middle of the field and possessed the ball on the offensive end
for most of the period. M&D won just about every facet of the
game and was able to knock off last year's champions in convincing
fashion.
