As expected, both Rusty Red and Lacrosse Unlimited moved into the finals pretty easily with huge wins over their opponents. The two teams have been the class of the division so far and tomorrow's finals are eagerly anticipated. Neither team have been tested, but both are solid up and down their lineups. Look for Rusty Red to rely on a stout defense that includes Gerry Byrne (UMass), Dan Pratt (Syracuse) and Dave Stilley (Duke). Their attack is also as good as anyone with Canadian Steve Govett and John Zulberti (Syracuse) helping create chances. Pete White and Kenny Garcia lead the Long Island-based Lacrosse Unlimited. Rusty Red has won the past three Masters Division titles, but tomorrow's game could be their toughest test yet.
