2003 PREVIEW
Last year the Bowdoin alums under the Polar Bear nom de play came out of hibernation to take the Supermasters Division. In the final day they pawed the Frogs (Florida Real Old Guys) back to retirement. Rumor has it that more sunbirds have joined the Frogs this year to bolster their chances for a championship. RTeam Lax Planet is the successor to QC Lax in the number 3 sead. The boys from Tombstone are looking for a resurrection. The Magic Wands list a player named HAGRD. Is that possible? What position - crease defense? Academy teams Navy and AF Graybirds have resupplied with new ordinance (younger legs) on board. Behind the Back returns after its vacation in Perth last year for the World Games. New teams Tap Room/Atlantic Sportswear, USA Stars and CVLV (Connecticut Valley Lacrosse Veterans) round out the field. This expanded bracket of 14 teams will be the most competitive division in the tournament.
