Women's Championship Bracket:

Special Brew 11, Team Ohio 4
Ohio's Becky Oxman scored two goals, but the Brew's Hilary Fay matched Ohio's output with four goals. Special Brew moves on to the semifinals.

AXIA 1, Behind the Back 0 (forfeit)
Behind the Back was forced to forfeit when only seven of their players were able to wake up, dress themselves, and find their way to the field by 9:30 am.

Team Simeons 11, Team Texas 4
Simeons came out to play strong and clearly dominated the play. Texas hustled well and never gave up, but it was not enough to overcome the powerful Simeons team.

Team Harrow 12, Adrenaline 3
Although they gained five cards, Team Harrow scored 12 goals to beat Adrenaline by nine.

Team Ohio 14, Team Texas 8
No comments given.

Behind the Back 13, Adrenaline 4
BTB rebounded from their forfeit loss earlier in the day to record a convincing victory over Adrenaline.

Team Simeons 11, Special Brew 7 (Semifinal game)
Sara Averson put Simeons in front 6-3 with three goals in the first half. They never looked back after that to advance to the Championship game.

AXIA 8, Team Harrow 5 (Semifinal game)
Keeper Meg Dentler for Harrow had a monster game having 15 saves, but still could not contain Danielle Gallagher, who had three goals in the second half. This was a good head to head game, but AXIA is the team that will advance to play Team Simeons.

Consolation Bracket:

Ripple 14, Weakest Link 6
Ripple played down two players and started slowly as Weakest Link did not live up to their name and kept the score close for quite awhile. Ripple created waves and ended up dominating the game, even though they were forced to forfeit for not having enough players.

Random 19, Team Colorado 6
The youth of Random dominated the game with speed and skills. However, Colorado played hard the entire time.

Ripple 12, Last Call 2
This was an intense game the whole way. Even though Ripple was down two players, they pulled together to dominate possession of the ball. Their many years of experience paid off as half of the team would qualify for a masters team.

Random 14, Gotham Women's Lacrosse 5
Random jumped in at the first draw and dominated right away.

Weakest Link 15, Team Colorado 12
Despite beer cheers and on-field photo ops, Weakest Link could not make their 15 goals count. In the end, a forfeit helped Weakest Link win with fun in their hearts, but Team Colorado came away with the victory.
