Masters Semifinal Round
Rusty Red 15, Team Viagra 7
Team Viagra seemed ready to rise the occasion early with a 2-0 lead, but fell short in the long run because of Tim Goldstein's two goals and four assists in the second half. Rusty Red will advance to the Masters Finals.
Rock-it Pocket 13, Play-it Again Sports 6
Play-it Again Sports could not overcome the strong play of team Rock-it Pocket in this match up. The 49 shots and 47 ground balls of RIP stood out in their domination of PIAS. Kevin Johnson (5g), Sam Hovey (3g, 2a), and Bill Curtis (3g, 2a) played well for RIP as they advance to play Rusty Red in championship game on Tuesday.
Masters Consolation Round
Bulldogs 15, Team MAC 5
The Bulldogs came out firing with an overpowering offense and 61 total shots (32 on goal). Top scorers for Bulldogs were Karl Winer (5g, 2a) and Chris Parsons (3g, 3a). MAC's Tim Conrad (2g) and Frank Maiden (1g, 1a) played well in the loss.
Middlebury 18, Over With Hill 5
Over With Hill led 1-0, but quickly gave up the lead and never regained it. Middlebury, led by Gerald Pearee (4g, 1a) dominated the game with a majority of possession time. Middlebury moved the ball extremely well throughout.
