Coach:
Joe Hope
Coaching Resume: Extensive youth coaching, not much else
Top 3 players:
1) Dave Maguire, A, OWU '98, 1st Team AA '96-'98, Attackman of the Year '97
2) Joe Hope, A, Ithaca '98, 1st Team AA '98, 3rd Team '97
3) Brendan Bellotte, D, Salisbury '97, 2nd Team AA '96-'97, 3rd Team AA '95
Statement: As always, the Salmon remain a non-scholarship team looking to spread the D3 love, on and off the field. After last years heartbreaking one-goal loss to runner-up MAB, this years team has reloaded for a championship run. The Salmon will be explosive on both ends of the field with 18 Div. 3 and Div. 2 All-Americans, along with plenty of ex-MLLrs like Eric Goodberlet (Nazareth/Rochester), Joe Hope (Ithaca/Bridgeport) and Andy Wasik (Pace/Baltimore) who'd rather play at 10,000 ft with the Fish than geek it up all summer with Body by Jake. Add Salmon vets Joe High (Salisbury), Craig Whipple (RIT), John Jez (Pfieffer) and Geoff Ianiri (Whittier) in front of goalies Matt Troy (Ithaca/New Jersey) and Adam Platzer (RIT/Rochester) and the Salmon look to be for real!
